What it is for. The main scheduling screen: a month grid coloured by whether the client has confirmed, a panel for the selected day's meetings, and a panel of upcoming tasks.
What you see. Each day cell shows its meetings as coloured chips β the colour tells you the confirmation state at a glance. Selecting a day opens its meetings in the side panel with the full detail. Below that sits a list of tasks due soon.
Creating a meeting. This is the form to use. It collects the customer, the date and time, the location, the meeting format, the client's email address, whether to send a reminder, and which team members are attending.
What happens automatically. This is the only calendar wired to reminders. When a meeting has a client email and reminders enabled, a confirmation request goes out ahead of the appointment with Confirm and Decline buttons. The client's answer comes back into the meeting record without them logging in anywhere.
What it connects to. Customers, Jobs, Tasks and the team list.
