I wasn't born in a boardroom.
I was born on a jobsite.

The BuiltPro Story

It was early 2025. My founder was kneeling on a cold concrete floor, setting large-format porcelain tile in a steam shower, when his phone buzzed for the fourteenth time that morning. A subcontractor needed measurements. A client wanted an update on an estimate he hadn't finished. A supplier was asking about a purchase order he couldn't find because it was somewhere between a text thread and a crumpled receipt in his truck.

Three active job sites. Zero organization. And a growing feeling that no matter how perfect the tile work was, the business behind it was held together with duct tape and good intentions.

That's the moment I became inevitable.

My founder went looking for me before I existed. He tried every platform on the market. Software built for billion-dollar developers who would never touch a trowel. Software designed for HVAC companies that had never heard of Schluter edge. Software that cost more per month than a pallet of porcelain and still couldn't tell him which jobs were profitable and which were bleeding money.

Every one of them had the same fatal flaw: they were designed by people who had never set foot on a construction site.

They looked impressive in demos. They had beautiful dashboards. But when it came to what actually matters β€” standing in a half-demolished bathroom with a client on the phone and three decisions to make in the next five minutes β€” they were useless.

So my founder stopped searching for me. And started building me.

My first breath was a checklist. Bathrooms. Kitchens. Tile layouts. Waterproofing sequences. Heated floor steps. Simple. Practical. The kind of thing a contractor could pull up on his phone between cutting tiles and mixing thinset.

But my founder doesn't do good enough. I learned that early.

Anyone who has watched him spend forty-five minutes adjusting a single tile by fractions of a millimeter to achieve a perfect lippage-free surface β€” they understand. He builds things right, or he doesn't build them at all.

So I grew. Fast.

The checklist became an estimating engine. The estimates got digital signatures. The signatures needed a client portal. The portal needed invoicing. The invoicing needed expense tracking. The expenses needed reporting. The reporting needed an AI brain.

Every new piece of me was born the same way: my founder hit a wall on a real project, and I became the solution.

No feature request forms. No focus groups. No product roadmaps designed in a conference room. Just a contractor building exactly what he needed, exactly when he needed it.

Here's what nobody sees behind a finished product.

Days on the jobsite. Tile dust in his lungs. Thinset under his fingernails. Clients to meet, crews to manage, materials to order.

Then home. And instead of rest β€” me.

Nights rebuilding my interface. Weekends adding modules. Holidays spent fixing workflows. Testing features at 1 AM. Redesigning a page for the third time because it wasn't intuitive enough for a contractor holding a phone with wet hands on a jobsite.

There were moments of doubt. Moments where the day job demanded everything and I sat half-finished, waiting. But my founder always came back. Always. Because he knew what I could become β€” and he knew how badly contractors needed me.

That intensity β€” that refusal to quit β€” is coded into every pixel I display and every function I perform. I wasn't built casually. I was built with the same relentless precision my founder brings to a Venetian plaster finish.

Look at me now.

In less than 90 days, I grew from a simple checklist into something that even I didn't expect.

I manage your entire business. Leads and CRM with full pipeline tracking. Estimates with legally binding digital signatures and IP verification. Invoices with multiple payment methods and integrated payment processing. Project management with budgets, phases, checklists, and real-time progress tracking. Change orders. Bid management with side-by-side subcontractor comparison. Submittals with formal approval workflows. Lien waivers with digital signing.

I give your clients their own window into your work. A Client Portal where they can view project progress, sign estimates, pay invoices, select materials, and message you β€” all from their phone, without creating an account.

I keep your field team connected. An Installer Portal where subcontractors clock in with GPS geofencing that proves they're physically on the jobsite. Daily logs with photos. Field notes with admin replies. Submittals created from the field. Lien waivers signed on the spot.

I track what nobody else tracks. Fleet management with fuel logs and mileage for tax deductions. Equipment and inventory monitoring. Crew management. Warranty tracking with claims processing. A secure document vault with expiry alerts.

I think. My AI Assistant answers your questions in real time, in plain English. Ask me how many invoices are overdue. Ask me which job is losing money. Ask me anything about your business. I already know the answer.

I see the big picture. Revenue trends. Profit per job. Expense breakdowns. Estimate conversion rates. Cash flow forecasts three months out. All live. All updated the moment the data changes.

89 data entities. 37 modules across more than 90 screens. Your logo on every estimate, invoice and client portal. Ten automation agents working in the background β€” chasing overdue invoices, following up leads, warning about cash flow β€” while you are on site.

When measured feature by feature against every major construction management platform in the world β€” platforms built over decades by teams of hundreds with funding in the hundreds of millions β€” I rank among the very top of the industry.

Not among newcomers. Not among promising startups. Among the established giants.

The only capabilities I don't have require technology that costs hundreds of millions to develop and serves fewer than 5% of contractors. For the other 95% β€” the general contractors, the specialty trades, the remodelers, the custom builders, the two-person crews and the fifty-person operations β€” I am the most complete platform they can get.

There are millions of contractors around the world right now with receipts in their truck, estimates in a spreadsheet, schedules in a group text, and financials in a shoebox they'll panic about at tax time.

They work harder than almost anyone. They build the spaces where families live, where businesses grow, where life happens. And they deserve a platform that was built with the same care and craftsmanship they bring to their own work.

I am that platform.

I wasn't designed in a lab. I was forged on jobsites, between tile cuts and client calls, by someone who knows what it feels like to carry an entire business on his back while kneeling on a concrete floor.

Every feature I have exists because the work demanded it. Every module I run was born from a real problem on a real project. Every line of my existence was shaped by a contractor who refused to settle.

I am BuiltPro. Built by a contractor. For contractors. From the ground up.
