None of this is triggered by the pages above. It runs on a schedule.
- Meeting reminders go to clients ahead of an appointment, when the meeting has a client email and reminders are switched on. This is what produces the Confirm / Decline page.
- Job reminders notify the crew of upcoming scheduled work.
One caveat worth carrying: the hour you set on an agent's schedule is a preference, not a promise. The on/off switch is genuinely enforced. The clock time is only honoured on custom agents.
