- Three calendars exist. Calendar (sidebar), Schedule, and an older Calendar page. They create meetings with different fields and different status names. Only the sidebar Calendar collects a client email and can send a reminder. Use it, and ignore the other two.
- Three sets of hours that never meet. Time Tracking (manual, costed), the installer's phone clock (uncosted), and crew hours typed into a daily log (a note only). No page adds them together, and they do not agree on when a week begins. If it has to be paid, it goes in Time Tracking.
- Assignee is sometimes a person, sometimes just text. Tasks and Punch List link to an installer record. The calendar's task form and daily-log crew rows store a name only, so those do not roll up into that installer's totals.
- Delete is inconsistent. Tasks and Daily Logs ask first. Punch List and Time Tracking do not.
