- Three calendars. Calendar (in the sidebar), Schedule, and an older Calendar page all create meetings, with different fields and different status names. Use the sidebar Calendar — it is the only one that collects a client email, meeting format and reminder settings.
- Two clock trails. What the installer portal writes and what the GPS Time Tracking table reads are not the same store. The live map and the analytics are correct; the table can look empty.
- Three sets of hours that never meet. Time Tracking (manual, costed), the installer's clock (uncosted), and crew hours typed into a daily log. No page adds them together, and they do not agree on when a week starts.
- Assignee is sometimes a person, sometimes just a name. Tasks and Punch List link to an installer record. The calendar's task form and daily-log crew rows store text only, so those do not appear in that installer's totals.
